• Landscape analysis, including history of the market, competitors, and anticipated trends
• Development, execution, assessment, and presentation of findings for:
  • expert interviews
  • user interviews
  • usability testing
  • user surveying
  • ethnographic studies
• Persona development and customer journeys
• Application of user empathy and desires in determining features and design of POC
• Collaboration with product designer and engineering
• Written and verbal presentation of all findings
