As the UX Researcher for Customer Product (B2B) at Scoop, my achievements have included:
- Continuous generative and evaluative research on Scoop's first-ever enterprise customer reporting dashboard
- Development, execution, assessment, and presentation of findings for:
- expert interviews
- user interviews
- concept and usability testing
- customer surveys
- Customer journey mapping
- Direct collaboration with Design, Product, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and more
- Written and verbal presentation of all findings, facing both primary stakeholders and the wider company
- Kicking off UX Research internal education programming, inclusive of the entire company
- Participation in the Diversity / Equity / Inclusion Taskforce and Education Subcommittee
- Driving strategic business direction through target market research
